With my Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage therapy, the goal is to help power athletes to achieve their absolute best range of motion, speed recovery times, and most importantly prevent injuries before they happen. Working through the tissue layer by layer, allowing us to reach the deepest layer possible and to ease pain and tension in the process. This modality would be for runners, body builders, power lifters, football players etc.

Beautiful handcrafted stones, built to curve with the natural shape of

the human body. Blending soothing, comforting heat with custom

pressure an added benefit to any massage relaxation or deep tissue.

Relaxation massage

Relax your mind and Body
60 min~$70 90 min~$85

Melt into the table with this Swedish based massage. Soft comphy brand sheets and a warm table await your arrival. Using intuition and a variable pressure I will find your problem areas and gently relax them away.

Customized 120 min session

A Customized approach
2hour~$140

In this 2 hour session I look at the clients overall wellness and customize our session based on their needs at the time of service. This maybe for deep relaxation or for someone who has a lot of work to be done.
